RESERVATION POLICY

1. 5% Reservation Fee should be paid to secure the date. A total of 30% Reservation/ Confirmation Fee should be paid three (3) months before the booking schedule.

2. Failure to pay on the agreed date & deadline would mean automatic cancellation of

3. The 30% Reservation/Confirmation Fee is non-refundable but consumable within 6 months reservation without prior notice. NO CHECK, NO CREDIT, CASH ONLY (for payment of balance).

4. The total bed capacity of the Campsite is 256, Guest Houses is 60 and Tents 50. The Campsite has the right to accept other groups if your reservation is below the maximum capacity.

5. For exclusive use of the Campsite, the package rate/day of the total capacity of the campsite shall be paid.

6. For two different groups who are booked at the same time/date, the group with more participants will be assigned to the Chapel. The other group may be assigned in the Session Hall or Mini-Conference.

7. For summer and peak season (January- May & September -December) booking, priority reservations are 85pax and above.

Kindly bring your original deposit slip on the actual date of the camp.

Cancellation Policy

The Group Organizer is required to notify CGM JABEZ CAMPSITE one (1) month prior to the booked date through Email /Messenger/SMS of any cancellation or reduction in the number of guests. Verbal amendments & cancellations are NOT accepted. The agreed number of pax should be charged if the reservation will be canceled or if the number of guests will be reduced.
