It’s started with 28 students in 1996. Last March 2007, 86 students (32 in preparatory, 35 in Elementary and 19 in High School) graduated from Jabez Christian School (JCS). As of first week of June 2007, 338 students were already enrolled and more are scheduled for interview. The increase in number of enrollees proves only one thing; people have come to know about the school and what it offers.
What makes JCS different from other schools in Dasmariñas, Cavite that parents opt to enroll their children here despite the distance from their homes? The curriculum may not be different but the methods, procedures and expectations are. Classes are very structured, with high academic and behavioral standards. The children get good education and Christian training at a very reasonable cost.
The school also offers scholarship for Home of Joy kids and for indigent but qualified kids in Batuhan, a depressed area in Dasmariñas. It has also opened its door not only foreigners (Koreans, Japanese, and Fil-Americans) but special students as well who are enjoying the inclusive educational system.
